Shipping & Returns
My creations are made to order and take three days to dispatch from when you place the order. Designs by Amelia Jane is a one-woman show, and each garment is handmade and unique, so I thank you for factoring in a little more time for the clothes to be made. Plus, you’ll be supporting a local, Aussie business - and that means the world to me.
Currently, due to the ongoing COVID-19 outbreak, the current delivery timeline is estimated to be 7-10 days.
Refunds and exchanges are applicable on items returned to us within 30 days of purchase, and you must include a receipt or proof of purchase. Please return items unused – that is, in the same condition that they were received – and in the original packaging, otherwise they will not be processed.
Gift cards and shipping costs (when returning items) are non-refundable. Please consider using a tracked shipping option when returning items, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your items.
Once your return has been received by me and inspected, you’ll get an email notifying you if it has been approved or rejected. Please note that last chance items are non-refundable.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. This may take a few days, so sit tight.
If you haven’t received your refund, re-check your bank account, then contact your credit card company or bank to find out more about their processing times.
After completing these steps, if you still haven’t received the refund, shoot me an email at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we can sort it out.
We only replace items that are damaged or defective. If you need to exchange your purchase for the same item in this case, please send an email to email@example.com.
